Domestic And International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders require 1-3 business days processing time before the shipping process. Wvmech does not guarantee same day shipping. Wvmech does not process orders during weekends. Wvmech will notify customers by e-mail when their order leaves its premises with the shipping courier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our shipping providers cannot deliver the order to you, if the address you provided us with is a P.O. Box. If a customer states P.O. Box address as the shipping address of his order, Wvmech will contact the customer via e-mail asking for alternative address or we can use courier that ship to P.O Box but the customer need to add the extra cost that charged by courier. If the customer does not reply within 3 business days, Wvmech will cancel the order and fully refund the payment.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will mail the tracking with invoice once the process is complete
Customs, duties, and taxes
Wvmech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Wvmech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
