Shipping
Yes we provide free shipping worlwide,but sometime we had to cancel order too if our courier wont send to your country.Normally for free shipping we send using sf express or ems, if you want fast please choose expedited or express service.(Express we use TNT (Under Fedex) )

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with Courier choice/Tracking Number/Date shippe, for you to the track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed yet or 12 hours before order created time/date

We currently ship worldwide but sometime we cant ship to some part of country because of regulation,in that case we will directly refund.
Our shipping providers cannot deliver the order to you, if the address you provided us with is a P.O. Box. If a customer states P.O. Box address as the shipping address of his order, Wvmech will contact the customer via e-mail asking for alternative address or we can use courier that ship to P.O Box but the customer need to add the extra cost that charged by courier. If the customer does not reply within 3 business days, Wvmech will cancel the order and fully refund the payment.
Wvmech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Wvmech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
Warranty/RMA
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
– The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

The customer need to pay all related cost regarding return,and 15% restock fee
